The Multimedia Content Producer is responsible for the creation of high-quality video and photography content across internal and external communication channels. This role demands expertise in producing visual media, including product videos, social media content, corporate communications, and photography (including flat lay styling, stop-motion, etc.). In addition, the ideal candidate must be proficient in editing using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard software, while also demonstrating an understanding of A.I. technologies and their applications in content production. This role requires global collaboration with multiple internal teams (Creative, Brand, HR, Digital), external vendors, and international stakeholders to ensure content meets global business needs. The Multimedia Content Producer must be skilled in receiving and implementing feedback, adapting content to various regions and languages, and creating multiple versions for diverse audiences. A strong grasp of current A.I. trends, CGI technologies, and the ability to integrate these into creative workflows is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Video & Photography Production:

Produce high-quality video (e.g., product, technical, interview, social media content) and photography (e.g., flat lay, stop-motion) that aligns with brand standards and engages internal and external audiences. Oversee all aspects of filming, lighting, audio, and post-production editing to deliver polished, on-brand content. Stay current on A.I. technologies (e.g., generative A.I.) and CGI trends to integrate innovative techniques into content creation. Manage the creative direction for social media videos, product shots, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Feedback & Collaboration:

Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Associate Creative Director, Brand, Communications, HR) to review content and implement feedback, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. Collaborate with global teams to adapt content for different regions, languages, and platforms. Be proactive in receiving feedback from various teams and stakeholders, ensuring suggestions are incorporated into final content versions while maintaining creative integrity.

Global Content Versioning:

Manage the production of multiple versions of content to ensure it meets the requirements of different global regions, considering cultural nuances and localization needs. Ensure content can be easily translated or adapted for use in various languages, including handling voiceover, subtitling, and visual adjustments.

Creative Strategy & Innovation:

Help inform the creative direction of videos and photos maintaining a cohesive visual identity while meeting business and marketing objectives. Stay at the forefront of A.I., CGI, and video/photography trends, integrating new techniques and tools into the production process to push the boundaries of creative content.

Post-Production & Editing:

Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software, incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and other elements to enhance storytelling. Edit photography content using tools like Adobe Photoshop to ensure that images are optimized for web, print, and social media. Implement changes from stakeholder feedback, ensuring quick turnarounds for content requests.

Project Management & Organization:

Coordinate production schedules and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables. Use project management software (e.g., Hive) to track content progress, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered on time. Ensure all production equipment and assets are properly organized and archived for future use.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

BA/BS in Film, Media Production, Photography, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in videography, photography, and content creation within a corporate environment. Demonstrated experience in working with C-suite executives, global teams, and international stakeholders to create content.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Solid understanding of A.I. tools, CGI, and generative A.I. applications in creative workflows. Experience creating content for social media, including Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn. Proficiency in lighting, sound design, and video production techniques.

Creative & Collaborative Skills:

Strong ability to collaborate across teams, receive feedback constructively, and adjust creative output accordingly. Ability to adapt content for global regions, manage localization, and maintain a high standard of quality across multiple versions. Knowledge of brand standards and how to execute them in both video and photographic formats. Familiarity with motion graphics, animations (GIFs), and the integration of these in video editing.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. Highly organized, with attention to detail in both creative execution and file management. Proficient in using project management software (Hive, Asana, etc.).
