We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence, boost engagement, and showcase the story behind our drinks, culture, and people. This position is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, social trends, and small business growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital voice. Responsibilities Plan and publish social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Capture photo and video content during weekly visits to the shop. Edit and design content (reels, carousels, stories, graphics). Respond to messages, tags, and comments in a timely and friendly tone. Promote new menu items, seasonal drinks, events, and catering services. Track metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth. Coordinate with baristas and management for collaboration on content. Stay up to date with trends in coffee, food, and digital marketing. Qualifications Experience managing social media for a brand or business (preferred). Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current trends. Skilled in photography, video editing, and caption writing. Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite. Able to work independently, manage a content calendar, and meet deadlines. Based in the Atlanta/Alpharetta area — must be available for on-site content capture 1-2x per week.
