This role requires in-person availability to capture and post content on surgery days. The ideal candidate must ave a flexible schedule to accommodate varying surgery days. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Record and create engaging content during surgery days. Manage and post content across social media platforms. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Conduct research to identify audience preferences and emerging trends in digital marketing. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Adobe Illustrator for graphic design projects that enhance our visual storytelling. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and adheres to brand guidelines before publication. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe Illustrator) for graphic design tasks. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Strong photography skills to create visually appealing content. Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
