Role:

A leadinginvestment management firm is seeking a Content Management Analystto join its Client Operations group on a 5-month contract. Thisrole will focus on optimizing the structure and usability of thefirm’s RFP content library and maintaining high standards ofcontent quality and accessibility. The position reports to theDirector of Questionnaires and will work closely with internalteams to manage the content repository in Loopio and support RFIresponse efforts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy,and experienced in the investment management industry.

KeyResponsibilities:

Maintain and improve the Loopio content libraryto support efficient RFI responses Create templates for recurringinformation requests to streamline workflows Collaborate withsubject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency ofcontent Proactively review, edit, and organize library content forclarity, compliance, and relevance Support internal stakeholders byretrieving relevant information from the content database Assist inmanaging complex projects independently while meeting multipledeadlines

Required Qualifications:

3 years of content managementexperience in the investment or financial services industryExperience using Loopio or similar RFP platforms (e.g., Responsive,RFPIO, Qvidian, RocketDocs, Salesforce RFP Add-ons) Proficiency inMicrosoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and ability tomanage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills Positive, professional, and team-orientedmindset Interested candidates should apply promptly forconsideration.
