SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Content Creator is responsible for creatingpelling visual content that supports the vision andmunication goals of Vineyard Church. This includes, but is not limited to, graphics, logos, and collateral for , digital, and social media platforms. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with the Communications team and other departments to gather information, meet deadlines, and ensure clear and timelymunication across all channels. Being a team player is essential. This person must bring creative input, receive feedback well, and contribute to a collaborative, Christ-centered team culture. In a fast-paced and growing church environment, the Content Creator must be able to manage multiple projects at once, stayanized, and adapt quickly to shifting needs withoutpromising quality. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with video content, publications, and updates to help ensure that Vineyard’s messages, ministries, and special initiatives aremunicated with clarity and excellence.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create visual content that align with the brand, mission and values of Vineyard Church
Design promotional assets for church events
Finalize all content for weekend services including, but not limited to, preparing pre-service slides, monthly event graphics, and sermon series graphics to ensure a cohesive visual experience
Adapt and reformat graphics for various channels (, , web, email, , etc.)
Create flyers, bulletins, collateral content for special events, projects or other activities as assigned
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to maintain consistency in message, fonts, colors and style across all platforms and materials
Support pastors and admins to ensure appropriatemunication and promotion for their respective ministries
Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings and creative brainstorms
Receive and implement feedback with a collaborative, humble spirit
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing timelines while maintaining quality and creativity
Work efficiently under tight deadlines, with flexibility to adjust as needs shift.
Photography and videography for events and services
Produce email headers and related graphics
Think quickly and critically to offer solutions when challenges arise
Proactively suggest creative improvements or efficiencies for the team
Organize and maintain digital archive of past design files and templates
Stay updated with software and design trends

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the aptitude/attitude to embrace new technologies
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Canva (professional level)
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and branding
Strong attention to detail with a drive to produce excellent work
Knowledge, skills, and experience in HTML WebPages and WordPress
An aptitude and attitude to embrace new technologies
Effective verbal and writtenmunication skills
Must be creative, detail oriented,anized and a good listener
Comfortable receiving direction and feedback while contributing ideas
Able to work independently but stay synced with the Communications team as a whole
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality
Attendance at all staff-required events and special services is mandatory, as assigned, to supportmunication and creative needs
Serve as a present and contributing member of the Communications team on Sunday mornings, jumping in as needed across various ministry departments including, but not limited to, tech, photography, production, hospitality, etc.
Willingness to serve and lead with a humble, teachable attitude
