Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Management Coordinator who is a skilled writer, tech-savvy, and understands digital marketing trends to drive audience engagement and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that aligns with brand identity and voice while monitoring social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep our strategy fresh and relevant. Collaborate with internal teams to plan campaigns, product launches, and seasonal content and ensure visual and messaging consistency across all platforms. Assist in the execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting and basic performance tracking, with guidance from management. Identify opportunities for growth, influence partnerships, and user-generated content. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field highly desired. Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business. Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies and tools (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and advertising basics. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong eye for design and visual storytelling. Ability to adapt quickly to platform changes and trends. Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing trends is a plus.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit approximately 75% of the time, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, and bend. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mainly located in an office environment but will regularly be exposed to work near and on the production floor. The employee may occasionally be required to work in our manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment may occasionally be loud.
