This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and technically skilled — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment and can independently manage website updates, content creation, CRM campaigns, and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Regularly update and maintain our WordPress website, including product pages, blog posts, banners, and user experience improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
CRM & Email Marketing:
Manage our HubSpot CRM, including email campaigns, customer segmentation, contact workflows, and reporting. Optimize email deliverability, engagement, and conversions using best practices.
Social Media Management:
Oversee and grow our brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Plan and execute content calendars, engage with followers, and monitor performance analytics.
Content Creation:
Write clear, compelling marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and product descriptions. Maintain a consistent voice aligned with the Sheds Direct brand.
Graphic Design:
Create branded visual content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Design social media graphics, digital ads, promotional banners, and simple print materials.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a digital marketing , content, or communications role Proficient in WordPress, HubSpot CRM, Facebook/Instagram, and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) Strong writing skills with a portfolio of published content or marketing materials Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics Experience with paid social media advertising Familiarity with basic HTML or CSS is a plus
