Description The Website Strategy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the public website activities and strategic roadmap for Citizens public website. This position will play an integral role in building out the roadmap for a portfolio of products and non-products for Citizens public Website. In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the public website and driving potential customers through the Awareness, Interest, Decision, and Action (AIDA) model. This role requires an agile mindset and the ability to foster a dynamic, entrepreneurial, passionate environment. The focus of this role is continuous improvement and identifying new opportunities and what’s next via a data informed model, so the ability to manage, analyze, and interpret site traffic is a critical for this role. Primary responsibilities include Develop and execute the roadmap for your portfolio of products and non-products. Partner with growth strategist and channel leads to deliver an optimal site experience. Deliver client experiences that are consistent across the site. Define a strategy for your products and service based on data and insights. Create and manage a dashboard for reporting site metrics along with commentary (trends, correlations, and resulting action steps) Manage product roadmaps that evolve the site Support site health practices Communicate regularly with marketing partners and provide updates to senior leaders Develop wire mocks up and wire frames to communicate strategic decisions. Other Professional Credentials Education:
Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years in digital marketing or website management roles, preferably in the banking, finance, or fintech spaces Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Creative, analytical and with a strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset Ability to take initiative and work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well independently and in an Agile based team environment Strong background in utilizing and managing site analytics Experience using design tools like FIGMA, or Adobe XD. Figma experience strongly preferred. Experience working with OpenText TeamSite, Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS platforms Experience with content management practices – planning, execution, rapid publishing, testing/QA, and reporting Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience working in JIRA software a plus Hours & Work Schedule Hours per
