Content Creator Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Our client, a state run organization, is looking for a Content Creator to join their team full-time onsite in Raleigh, NC. You will create engaging video content, represent the brand at events, and tell inspiring stories about how the brand benefits the state. You’ll be on camera, behind the scenes, and across social media capturing and sharing content that connects with a statewide audience.

Content Creator Responsibilities:

• Be the on-camera face of the brand at events and in multimedia content
• Create and edit videos, photos, and stories for social media and all digital platforms
• Develop content ideas that promote games, winners, and community impact
• Represent the brand at public events and serve as a spokesperson capturing content
• Support responsible play messaging through creative content
• Write blog content and articles to be posted on the website about events

Content Creator Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or social media
• Demonstrated experience appearing in content as a brand ambassador, or social media influencer, that features a talented and engaging personality
• Excellent editing, writing skills and strong public speaking skills
• Experience with video production, specifically shooting, editing, lighting, and live streaming with the ability to independently create digital content
• Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, or Prezi
• Experience writing long form blog content is a plus
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study (communications, public relations, public affairs, marketing, journalism.
