You’ll be our dream hire if: You live and breathe social media trends—and predict them before they hit Explore pages. You know how to translate a client’s brand voice into captions that convert, carousels that teach, and reels that connect. You can take raw content from a client and direct editors with clear, strategic vision (no micromanagement needed). You’re organized enough to juggle multiple client content calendars, but creative enough that each one feels original. You don’t just post—you grow. You know how to increase reach, engagement, and real followers in a strategic way. You know how to find the best caption styles, come up with creative editing direction for reels, and can develop and turn clients into unforgettable brand online Understand how to utilize AI platforms as a partner to assist in producing content and speeding up process but not in place of your knowledge or talent. What you’ll own: Full content calendar creation and management for diverse array of clients Caption writing that is storytelling-driven, aligned with brand voice, and error-free Directing video editors with clear briefs for Reels/Shorts based on trends, raw client content, and platform needs Identifying and adapting trends to fit each client’s niche—before the trend hits saturation Ensuring every piece of content, from static posts to carousels to stories, aligns with the overall brand strategy Regular reporting and adjusting content based on performance You won’t be doing: Waiting on me to tell you what to post Relying on others to clean up your spelling, grammar, or strategy Asking what’s trending—you’ll know Needing someone to review or rewrite captions Expecting the founder to lead content strategy—we’re hiring you to do that (they will work with you for higher level strategy but day to day content, you will lead) You’ll work closely with the founder on: High-level brand strategy Client onboarding and messaging tone-of-voice Refining systems that make our agency more scalable About A.
