Full-Time Content Creator Odunlami Law Firm, LLC Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927 • Hybrid work Overview We are looking for a full-time Content Creator with a keen interest in U.S. immigration policy and current events. This person will be responsible for researching and creating engaging, up-to-date content for our social media platforms, highlighting breaking changes, and updates from USCIS and other relevant sources. Reporting Relationship This role will report directly to the Managing Attorney. Responsibilities Research and monitor reliable sources (USCIS, DHS, news outlets, immigration blogs, etc.) for breaking updates Draft engaging and informative posts (graphics + captions) summarizing key news for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Collaborate with the team to align content with firm goals and branding Create simple visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Express Schedule and publish posts using content publishing management tool. Track engagement and stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices Capture footage for content development Edit footage for use on website, youtube and social media platforms Education and Experience At least a High School Diploma. , marketing, or journalism Strong research and writing skills, especially in summarizing legal or policy information in plain language Familiarity with U.S. immigration policy and current immigration issues is a big plus Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and scheduling platforms High level proficiency regarding social media algorithms and how to maximize reach on each platform. Advanced video editing skills required Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, detail, and tone Self-starter who can work independently and manage deadlines
