Job Description
Media and Content Manager 4.9 4.9 out of 5 stars Sparta, NJ 07871 • Hybrid work Station Athletics is looking for a Media Manager to lead our growing content team and manage the flow of video and photo assets across our social platforms, including YouTube and Instagram. This is not a purely creative role — we’re looking for an editor and project manager who can record content, edit media from our team of specialists, and keep projects on track for timely publishing. You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to oversee the content calendar, manage deliverables, and ensure consistent, high-quality content is reaching our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and capture media at gym locations as needed Review, edit, and optimize video and photo content for social platforms Delegate tasks and manage timelines for external media specialists Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure content aligns with brand goals Organize, manage, and schedule posts across Instagram, YouTube, and related platforms Maintain project timelines and ensure content is published on schedule Participate in occasional weekend shoots or gym events as required
Qualifications:
Experience with video and photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.) Comfortable managing multiple media projects at once Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social-first content strategies Exceptional organizational and communication skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Prior experience in fitness, sports, or community-driven brands is a plus
