MediaBrush Marketing is adding a new creative team member to help take our clients’ stories to the next level and raise their market presence—through social media content development, engagement and video creation. You will tell the stories of multiple agency clients on a wide range of social media platforms by creating, monitoring, and leveraging content to drive measured engagement. You will work with agency team members and clients to increase brand awareness and voice, community presence and boost engagement for your assigned MediaBrush Marketing clients. Still reading? Key Responsibilities for this Position include: • Social Media Marketing • Graphic Design + Video Production Enthusiasm for Social Storytelling & Content Marketing Ideate, shoot, and edit photo and/or video content (including copy and graphics) for social platforms Create and execute dynamic written and graphic campaign-based content across social media platforms for assigned clients including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads. Collaborate with clients and agency team members to identify and create compelling stories Actively interested and up to date with new social trends. Willing to take creative risks to propose new ideas and applications to achieve client goals, increase audience levels and promote audience engagement. Engage with social audience by responding and interacting with comments, likes and DMs. Ability to review data for each client account (i.e. engagement, click-throughs, audience information and demographics, as well as detailed analysis of social media activity and campaigns) Passion for Video Storytelling The candidate must be a visual storyteller, capable of producing engaging video content for one-off projects and large-scale campaigns Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite–InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, PremierePro, and Lightroom Drone experience and certification preferred but not required Key Requirements for this Position include: At least 1-year social content experience across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience with TikTok a plus but not required. Outstanding social copywriting, social media design, and video production skills. Works well under pressure and handle timely and fast-paced commitments. • Produce quality content while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
