This is a full-time, in-house position. We are only considering applicants who are looking to make this their primary and sole professional commitment. We are not looking to hire freelancers or individuals managing multiple clients. This role requires full focus and dedication to our brand, including content creation, editing, social media strategy, and day-to-day management of all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Plan & Execute Content:

Film daily/weekly behind-the-scenes, product shots, staff moments, and more. Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.) with engaging captions, audio, and effects.

Content Strategy:

Develop a monthly content calendar based on trends, launches, and seasonal promos.

Social Management:

Schedule and post content across all platforms (primarily Instagram & TikTok). Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and track performance.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all content matches the brand’s tone, visual identity, and storytelling style.

Requirements:

Proven experience creating content for TikTok/Instagram (portfolio or links required) Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Experience managing social platforms and content calendars Great eye for aesthetics, trends, and what drives engagement Self-starter who can work on-site and independently manage content shoots

Bonus:

Food content experience, photography skills, or graphic design
