Summary We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at EZ Pawn Corp – NY. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving digital marketing initiatives that align with our mission to enhance customer satisfaction and community engagement. Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Create compelling content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Monitor social media channels for trends and insights to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals. Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of social media initiatives. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Requirements Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
