Prism Water Pipes is not your average company—we design high-quality, customizable water pipes with a focus on style, culture, and self-expression. We’re growing fast and looking for a student or young professional who’s ready to bring fresh energy to our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising. You must be based in the Philadelphia area. While the role offers flexibility and some remote work, we want someone who can meet in person for strategy sessions, content shoots, or team collabs.

What You’ll Do:

Create scroll-stopping ad creatives (photo, video, graphics) for Meta platforms Write punchy, on-brand copy that speaks to our audience Launch and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager Analyze performance and help optimize for better results Bring new ideas and creativity to a brand that welcomes weird, fun, and original

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Meta Ads Manager (school projects or personal brand work is fine!) Strong design sense

• Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or anything you like to work in A feel for counterculture trends, humor, and modern product branding Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a small creative team

Bonus:

Experience with TikTok, memes, or product photography

Job Details:
