Content Creator Position Summary:
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing a variety of high-quality content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and video. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce engaging content, including written, visual, and video materials for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with company goals, campaigns, and branding strategies. Write compelling, SEO-optimized copy for blogs, articles, and website content to attract and engage target audiences. Design and produce graphics, photography, and short-form videos that support marketing initiatives. Plan, manage, and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement. Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing and digital storytelling. Work with external vendors, partners, and collaborators when necessary to produce content. Ensure all content aligns with the company’s voice, tone, and branding guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. No college degree required – we value creativity, experience, and a passion for content marketing over formal education. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools for measuring content performance. Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with photography, videography, and video editing tools. Familiarity with website management tools. Knowledge of email marketing tools. Understanding of digital advertising and paid media strategies.
