June 2nd, 2025 About This Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to manage social media campaigns and content operations across multiple platforms, including adult content platforms. Key Responsibilities Execute social media campaigns and create engaging content for various platforms Program, edit, and post content across social media and adult content platforms Monitor trends, analyze data, and generate performance reports Coordinate talent/contractors and manage production setup/breakdown Organize content cataloging on iCloud/hard drives, contracts, and model releases Work with editing team to meet deadlines and handle merchandise coordination Required Qualifications Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, etc.) and all major platforms Basic video editing skills and strong proofreading abilities Experience with schedule management and production coordination Understanding of public relations principles Comfortable working with adult content platforms Must be LGBTQ+ friendly Requirements W2 employment with NDA required Background check required (company-funded) Must maintain professionalism and discretion Benefits Flexible hybrid schedule Competitive hourly pay: $17.00 – $20.00
