SVP Worldwide is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging, real-time content that drives brand visibility and community growth. You’ll create platform-specific content, stay on top of digital trends, and make fast, strategic decisions that align with our overall brand and business goals. Job Responsibilities Create engaging, platform-specific content (photo, video, design) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and more Make real-time content decisions based on social trends, cultural moments, and brand alignment Use analytics to inform strategy and optimize content performance Manage and adapt the content calendar to stay timely and relevant Build and engage with our online community, maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to support campaigns, launches, and promotions Pitch new content ideas, formats, and strategies based on trends and audience behavior

Full benefits package; medical, dental, vision 401k plan Competitive PTO accrual as well as additional wellness days Hybrid work schedule Work environment that harbors a culture of collaboration and community Learning and development opportunities You Bring (requirements, preferred skills): 2+ years of experience creating social content for brands Strong portfolio with photo, video, and design work (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.) Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Solid grasp of social trends, platform best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Meta Business Suite) Excellent communication skills and a creative, detail-oriented mindset Interest or experience in sewing or creative hobbies is a plus You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including: Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds Any additional physical requirements The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
