We’re seeking a creative, driven, and organized Social Media & Content Manager to help grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram, build deeper connections with our audience, and support product launches both online and offline. What You’ll Do Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok, IG Reels, and Stories Develop and execute weekly content calendars based on product launches, campaigns, and trends Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs to drive clicks and conversions Respond to DMs and engage with comments to build community Organize influencer/UGC outreach and collaborations Track performance metrics and help shape content strategy based on what works Assist with in-person content shoots or pop-up events in Nashville when needed What We’re Looking For Experience running or creating content for a brand or personal account with traction Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and viral content strategies Eye for streetwear, fashion, and what’s trending in Gen Z culture Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Comfortable on camera (or behind it), filming, editing, and experimenting

Bonus:

Skills in CapCut, InShot, or other video editing tools
