Summary We are seeking a talented Content Manager to join our team at Tennessee Standard Plumbing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This position plays a critical role in supporting our marketing efforts and driving business growth. Responsibilities Crack the code for capturing attention, creating community, and driving engagement in the home services industry. Working closely with owner, develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals. Create, edit, and publish photo and video content across various platforms including the company website and social media. Develop graphics and copy that complement video content. Optimize content based on feedback from followers/subscribers. Manage the company’s social media platforms, ensuring all content is up-to-date and functional. Diligently respond to every message, comment, and DM to drive engagement. Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. Assist with other marketing and advertising on an as-needed basis. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role in a relevant industry. Proficient in video production and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop. Strong copywriting skills for social media captions, hooks, and CTAs. Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts , and Google Business. Skilled in using social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Ability to plan and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing goals. Experience managing online communities (responding to DMs, comments, reviews). Basic understanding of analytics and how to improve content based on performance. Able to conduct research effectively to inform content development. Creative mindset with a knack for making relatable, engaging short-form content. Highly organized and able to juggle multiple content streams and deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience working with home services or local businesses. Knowledge of SEO best practices (especially local SEO). Comfortable being behind the camera or directing others on camera. Able to bring humor, storytelling, and personality into everyday topics.
