  • The eCommerce Sales Manager will drive business development across the ecommerce and fulfilment sector by using proven sales strategies, tools, and relationship-building techniques.

This individual will be responsible for generating profitable business opportunities, delivering high-quality solutions to customers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process before transitioning clients to account management.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by promoting ecommerce, fulfilment, and express delivery solutions.
  • Generate and nurture a pipeline of leads, converting them into long-term customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and supplier relationships.
  • Understand the customer’s business and uncover opportunities for tailored service offerings.
  • Present, negotiate, and close high-quality deals with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
  • Identify and act on cross-functional sales opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns with aligned sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.

  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C ecommerce and fulfilment sales.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within ecommerce, fulfilment, or express delivery sectors.
