- The eCommerce Sales Manager will drive business development across the ecommerce and fulfilment sector by using proven sales strategies, tools, and relationship-building techniques.
This individual will be responsible for generating profitable business opportunities, delivering high-quality solutions to customers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process before transitioning clients to account management.
- Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by promoting ecommerce, fulfilment, and express delivery solutions.
- Generate and nurture a pipeline of leads, converting them into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and supplier relationships.
- Understand the customer’s business and uncover opportunities for tailored service offerings.
- Present, negotiate, and close high-quality deals with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify and act on cross-functional sales opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns with aligned sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.
