We are growing our digital presence and are looking for a dedicated team member to help manage our online sales, social media engagement, and community involvement. About the
Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, digitally skilled team member to help grow our online presence, increase online sales, and support customer engagement efforts. This is not a casual social media job—it’s a hands-on role that supports our mission to reach more customers and deliver exceptional service through multiple online platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Create daily social media posts, including at least 2 engaging videos per week List and manage products on platforms like eBay, GunBroker, Facebook Marketplace, and LetGo Respond to customer inquiries, pack, and ship online orders promptly Make follow-up calls to customers Design and schedule weekly email newsletters Monitor chat conversations and assist when needed Assist in creating in-store signage and promotional graphics Support local events or community engagement activities on occasion Perform periodic updates on company websites
What We’re Looking For:
Familiarity with online selling platforms (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and able to stick to a consistent schedule for shipping needs Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Creative, organized, and self-motivated Basic understanding of photography Strong social media experience, including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Experience in creating digital media for social media posts, flyers, and email newsletters. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and customer service experience. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and use different sales and social media tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in all responsibilities. Must be able to legally work with firearms
Preferred Qualifications :
