Salary Range:

Job Summary:

The eCommerce Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for driving sales on Walmart.com, Facebook, and Instagram, establishing best-in-class brand stores on these platforms and driving user engagement and sales. Reporting to the Senior Director of eCommerce, this role requires an energetic individual with a strong technical knowledge as well as a passion for eCommerce sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increase conversion rate through optimization of product listings, descriptions, images, infographics, metadata, pricing, promotions, cross-selling, etc.
• Address emerging technical and customer issues promptly and devise long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain outstanding fulfillment, returns, and customer service by working closely with internal departments in operations and sales to ensure seamless processes
• Provide insightful recommendations to drive sales through in-depth analysis of sales performance, user behavior, operations, and other relevant trends
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive eCommerce sales on these platforms Qualifications 5+ Years of eCommerce experience SKILLS
• Proven experience with online marketplaces
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to Speak Spanish Preferred. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
