This role requires someone who is committed to excellence in service, able to build strong professional relationships, and serve as a reliable point of contact for our business clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in both independent and collaborative settings, demonstrating efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Attention to detail, accuracy, and adaptability are essential, along with a strong work ethic and a proactive, positive attitude. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, as you’ll be interacting with a wide range of customers across various channels. Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email, providing a positive customer experience.
- Process manual replacement orders under company/retail partner policies and procedures.
- Ensure the timely and successful resolution of retail partners/mutual customer’s needs.
- Assist with high-importance requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple teams to achieve both department and company goals.
- Uphold professional standards and demonstrate the ability to interact in a constructive, positive, and patient manner with our retail partners and mutual customers.
- Additional responsibilities may be needed to support organizational goals. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Fluent in English ( Speaking & Writing )
- Typing 40 wpm.
- Big Box Experience/Major Mattress Brand Knowledge
- E-Commerce Experience
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Zendesk, NetSuite
- 3-5 years industry experience, and/or an Associate’s Degree
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Organization and attention to detail are a must.
- Must be able to take initiative, work independently, and efficiently.
