This is a hands-on role supporting both the customer experience and shipping process — perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram DMs, text, email, live chat, and phone Offer styling guidance, fit support, and product recommendations Handle returns, exchanges, and order updates with professionalism and empathy Order Fulfillment Accurately pack and ship online orders with care and attention to detail Manage daily order processing and ensure timely fulfillment Assist with inventory restocking and showroom merchandising In-Store Support Greet and assist customers in our South Florida showroom by appointment Maintain a clean, on-brand, and organized showroom environment Tasks may also include additional support in marketing, merchandising, and general operations as needed. Flexibility is key as we grow!
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in eCommerce, customer service, or retail Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Familiarity with Shopify, Shippo, and social media platforms (or quick to learn) Positive attitude, team player, and passion for fashion and luxury service Availability for a full-time, in-person role (Monday-Friday )
