DB DISTRO
is a fast-growing wholesale distributor of smoke shop accessories, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated E-Commerce & Website Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our websites, product listings, and online sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify . In addition, you’ll help scale our digital operations by recruiting and managing a team of freelancers or virtual assistants from platforms like Fiverr and Upwork . The ideal candidate has experience in both web development and e-commerce marketing, with leadership skills to build a streamlined digital sales team.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain company websites (Shopify & WordPress) Manage and optimize listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other online marketplaces Implement SEO strategies to boost traffic and product visibility Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROI) to improve performance Plan and execute product launches, email campaigns, and promotional strategies descriptions and and pricing updates Hire and manage remote freelancers (designers, data entry, VAs) from Fiverr, Upwork, etc. Delegate tasks, oversee quality, and ensure deadlines are met Work with sales reps to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals Create and manage marketing assets (landing pages, graphics, banners) Stay updated on e-commerce tools, trends, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
2+ years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or web management Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and product feed optimization Experience hiring and managing remote freelance talent Excellent communication and project management skills Design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive

Compensation:
