Our mission is to reduce the waste caused by overconsumption. Our team is expanding and we are looking to hire a full time e-commerce processor/lister to assist in sorting, processing and listing an extensive catalog of e-commerce inventory.
E-Commerce Operations Assistant/Lister Responsibilities:
Sort i(if needed) incoming merchandise and prepare items for listing based on SOPs Take clear, high-quality product images for online listings Create, edit, and manage product listings on platforms such as eBay and others Write engaging, keyword-optimized product titles and descriptions Ensure images, specifications, and pricing are accurate and aligned with platform standards Enter and maintain accurate product information (SKUs, inventory, specifications) in our internal systems Help organize product data and support report generation for inventory and sales trends Organize and store processed inventory neatly and efficiently into designated storage Assist with occasional inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy Collaborate with other team members to maintain listing and shipping goals Other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic photography skills; familiarity with smartphones. Ability to lift and move inventory boxes (up to 30 lbs) Positive attitude, willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required): Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (experience with eBay or other e-commerce marketplaces) Basic photography or camera knowledge Exposure to listing tools or inventory management platforms Must be available to work
