Social Media & Pawn Broker Assistant Location:

Jax Jewelry & Pawn is a growing pawn shop serving the Jacksonville community with both in-store retail and online sales. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join us in a hybrid role—handling Amazon/eBay listings, managing social media, and learning the pawn brokering trade to assist with retail operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

List inventory for sale on Amazon and EBay with accurate descriptions and quality photos Package and ship online orders efficiently and on time Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create promotional content and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales Learn pawn broker operations and assist with in-store customer service, sales, and intake Maintain organized records of online inventory and transactions

Requirements:

Prior experience listing items on Amazon and/or e/ Bay Basic photography and light editing skills Comfortable with social media content creation and posting Strong organizational and multitasking skills Reliable, professional, and eager to learn the pawn business Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Retail or pawn shop experience Graphic design, video editing, or online ad experience a plus
