Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and forward-thinking E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Execution Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales and increase customer engagement. Manage product listings across platforms (descriptions, images, pricing) to ensure accuracy and consistency. Website & Content Management Maintain and update website content using content management systems (CMS) in alignment with marketing campaigns. Order & Vendor Management Process daily vendor orders through platforms such as Lowes.com, Amazon.com, and Walmart.com using multiple systems. Print, fulfill, invoice, and deliver orders to the fulfillment team while ensuring all vendor deadlines are met. Report system or workflow issues to management and assist with additional vendor-related tasks as needed. Logistics & Fulfillment Analyze and determine optimal shipping methods. Generate shipping labels and BOLs, and compile shipping reports for analysis. Collaborate with management on shipping and customer service decisions. Inbound Sales & Customer Service Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone. Engage with website visitors and handle sales-related requests. Drive sales through responsive and solution-oriented customer support. Retail Cost Analysis Gain knowledge of vendor items and SKUs. Create and maintain reports comparing retail pricing across online vendors and present findings to management. Familiarity with automation tools is a plus. Product Catalog Management Develop and manage vendor product catalogs. Upload and update product content in vendor systems in collaboration with management. Cross-Department Projects & Workflow Support various projects assigned by management. Maintain organized communication across teams via email and instant messaging. Adhere to established workflows and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with Adobe Acrobat and basic Photoshop (preferred) Familiarity with ERP systems , especially NetSuite by Oracle Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
