Office Assistant Position Available In Highlands, Florida

Office Assistant Loxaco Avon Park, FL 33825 Are you a Rockstar when it comes to office management? Do you pride yourself in efficiently crushing your to do list? If so, then we’re looking for you! Loxaco is a wood products manufacturer located in Avon Park, FL and we are seeking one well rounded office person to help us grown our company. We are a small business with only 5 employees currently, so the ideal candidate would be able to handle multiple responsibilities. This position reports directly to the owner of the company. Day to day responsibilities would include:

• Data entry of various items into excel spreadsheets
• Making contact through email or phone with new leads. Inputting these leads into our customer database.
• Performing online research and presenting a short summary of the research
• Answering the phones and answering client questions
• Retail sales
• assisting customers and checking them out at the register
• Assist the owner with scheduling meetings
• Putting together sample kits, printing shipping labels, and mailing samples to clients
• Research new potential clients, input the leads into a database, and make initial contact
• Packaging up small orders of product that are to be shipped to clients The ideal candidate will be well spoken and have good communication skills.

Must be able to work independently. Must be proficient on a computer and be comfortable in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have a good attitude and good people skills.
