Job Summary The primary purpose of the Manager, E-Commerce is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the Tampa Bay Sports retail ecommerce business runs efficiently and effectively. The Manager, E-Commerce also oversees a wide range of processes and facilitates the collaboration between the operations, digital marketing, fulfillment and buying departments. This includes website development, marketing campaigns, inventory, shipping, and customer service and revenue goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manages product listings, descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and collection placement on the e-commerce platform. Works with Sr. Purchasing Manager to gather product information, copy, images and supplemental information. Ensures products, collections, and auctions are scheduled and assets go live in a timely and accurate manner. Executes transfers in both Ecommerce and POS systems. Responsible for Ecommerce inventory levels, including daily stock replenishment, cycle counts, and full Ecommerce warehouse counts. Trains, schedules, and manages a team of part-time employees to ensure the timely fulfillment of online orders and returns, including picking, packing, and shipping of items. Oversees part-time Supervisor to ensures timely response to customer service calls and emails. Provides clear direction and guidance regarding tasks, projects, and overall goals. Motivates and inspires part-time employees to achieve optimal performance and productivity. Creates graphics for Ecommerce website, including collection rotators and other home page graphics. Crops, edits, resizes, modifies, and creates new product images. Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of the Ecommerce website, ensuring optimal user experience, functionality, and performance. Utilizes reporting tools and sales data to develop merchandising strategies that optimize product click through and conversion. Implements SEO and SEM strategies in conjunction with Marketing to drive Ecommerce sales. Manages online auctions, from initial setup to closing and fulfillment. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory & Management Responsibilities Direct oversite over two part time supervisors, and a small team of part time employees Game/Event responsibilities Game/Event Night responsibilities: N/A Approximate number of events worked per year: 0 Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years proven experience working with Shopify. Experience with Shopify apps and third-party integrations. Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and user experience optimization. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination, customer interaction, and editorial copy. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Proven track record of SEO and digital marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and also collaborate well with a team. Must be able to work late hours and weekends, when necessary for sales. Working Conditions Ability to work efficiently and effectively in office and arena environment that can be exciting, loud and distracting This is an onsite role; flexibility to work a minority of time remotely. Ability to work extended hours including late nights, holidays, and weekends as needed Ability to lift/carry/move up to 50lbs Ability to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperatures Ability to commute to various venues throughout the Greater Tampa Bay Area Ability to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or people Ability to move comfortable throughout the arena with minimal accommodations Ability to work comfortable around special effects including, but not limited to: haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.
