• Hitachi E-Commerce Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our e-commerce platform built on AX
• Hitachi technologies. This role combines strategic business analysis with hands-on technical expertise to drive e-commerce performance, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce systems, business intelligence, and programming, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities

Platform Management:

Manage and optimize the AX

• Hitachi E-commerce platform to ensure seamless functionality, performance, and user experience

Business Analysis:

Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to align e-commerce strategies with organizational goals

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Utilize business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights, create dashboards, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operations

Wireframing & Design:

Skills/Experience Looking For:

• 5+ year experience with AX ? Hitachi E-Commerce Manager
• Strong knowledge of ERP Systems
• Strong knowledge of requirements for API Development
