We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce/Dynamics AX Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Cape Coral, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and enhancing our e-commerce platform built on AX – Hitachi technologies, leveraging both technical expertise and business acumen to drive performance and user satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of e-commerce strategy, business analysis, and technology implementation.

Responsibilities:

? Manage and optimize the AX – Hitachi e-commerce platform to ensure high functionality, reliable performance, and an excellent user experience.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into actionable technical specifications, and align e-commerce strategies with organizational objectives.
? Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data, generate insights, and create dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
? Develop wireframes and prototypes to support the design and enhancement of the e-commerce platform.
? Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless system operation.
? Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions for e-commerce initiatives.
? Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the platform, addressing system upgrades and improvements as needed.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform?s capabilities.
? Assist in database migrations and ERP integrations to streamline system processes.

? Minimum of 5 years of experience working with AX – Hitachi E-Commerce Manager. ? Strong expertise in Dynamics AX and e-commerce strategy. ? Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI. ? Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze requirements for e-commerce initiatives. ? Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. ? Solid understanding of ERP systems and database migration processes. ?
