Annually Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Director of Ecommerce to join our team. In this role, you will lead our D2C business across our brand-owned ecommerce channels ONESIZEBeauty.com and TikTok Shop. As the Director of Ecommerce, you’ll be responsible for owning the customer journey across our owned and select third-party platforms, maximizing conversion and retention through data-driven UX/UI optimizations, sharp merchandising, and a high-impact website strategy that yields strong conversion. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product Development to drive growth, elevate storytelling, and create a seamless digital experience for our community. This role will partner closely with Performance Marketing stakeholders within the Ecommerce team as well as third-party agencies. As a member of the Digital and Ecommerce team, you will collaborate with all teams cross functionally and report directly to the VP of Digital and Ecommerce.

This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement, is remote, and open to candidates based in California. The position requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. The work environment is primarily remote, requiring reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions.
What You’ll Do:
Essential Job Functions Site Optimization & Experience Own the site roadmap to deliver continuous UX and CRO improvements that drive conversion and LTV.
Oversee onsite search, navigation, checkout flows, and mobile-first optimizations.
Partner with Creative and Product Development to bring campaigns and launches to life across the site. Merchandising Lead digital merchandising strategy across both ONESIZEBeauty.com and TikTok Shop, optimizing for revenue, product discovery, and storytelling.
Manage the PDP and collection page experience — ensuring all copy, assets, and education are up-to-date, inclusive, and on-brand.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Retail Planning to inform demand forecasts and inventory positioning. CRM & Retention Oversee the CRM roadmap — lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and execution — with a focus on growing repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
Mentor and coach the CRM Manager to develop strategic email and SMS strategies and plans, working closely with creative and copy teams to build brand-right and high-performing campaigns.
Analyze and act on customer behavior, cohort performance, and A/B tests to refine messaging, timing, and audience targeting. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Paid Media, and Product Development to align launches, promotions, and evergreen storytelling.
Liaise with external platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop) and internal Ops teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Champion the voice of the digital customer across the organization.
What You’ll Bring:

Proven track record of owning DTC site performance and CRM programs.
Strong understanding of digital merchandising and consumer behavior.
Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and third-party commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.
Highly analytical, with the ability to derive insights and drive action from data.
