US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work inthe U.S. E-Commerce Email ManagerThe E-Commerce Email Manager develops andexecutes a content strategy to enhance the online shoppingexperience, drive engagement, and support business goals. This rolealigns strategy and prioritization with key stakeholders acrossShore Excursions, Bar, Spa Treatments, Dining, and Retailteams.
Essential Functions:
Collaborates with key stakeholders from revenue and operationsdepartments and the booked guest merchandising team to strategize,prioritize, and implement the booked guest email and notificationprogram. Engages with stakeholders across business units to planand prioritize marketing and merchandising activities. Oversees the implementation of outbound email and appnotifications, utilizing in-house creative, development, andoperations teams. Analyzes and reports on key communication KPIs,including email metrics, traffic, revenue, and operationalmetrics. Supports the Booked Guest Merchandising/Personalization team withmarketing initiatives. Analyzes Booked Guest email insights toenhance segmentation, improve performance, and boost revenue. Manages data extensions, targeting, and personalization for theemail program, ensuring creative/content accuracy through proofingand testing to meet and exceed email standards. Collaborates with the merchandising, guest services, analytics, andpersonalization teams to plan and execute email testing strategies,including creative setup, data mapping, and campaign coding.
Emphasizes data-driven decisions to optimize performance andachieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or arelated field. A minimum of 5 years of increasing responsible experience ine-commerce or relevant marketing positions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Salesforce experience required. Experience with enterprise level marketing automationplatforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Outlook and Teams); and other relevant software, technologies andapplications (SQL, JSON/Guide templated language, HTML, AMPscript)essential for successful performance in this role
