U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available) About the Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful Ecommerce Listing Specialist to join our team onsite in Miami. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to navigate online marketplaces, create compelling product listings, and research similar items for competitive pricing and positioning. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing listings across platforms like eBay , Craigslist , Facebook Marketplace , and other resale or classified channels. Key Responsibilities Create and manage accurate, detailed product listings across multiple ecommerce and resale platforms Research comparable listings to determine optimal pricing and listing strategies Browse and monitor online marketplaces to identify trends, opportunities, and potential sourcing leads Write clear, persuasive titles and descriptions with attention to SEO and marketplace best practices Upload and edit product photos to ensure high visual quality Track and organize listing activity, status, and performance across platforms Respond to inquiries and coordinate with the team for order fulfillment or pickup when needed RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications Located in or near Miami, FL – this is a fully onsite role Familiarity with listing products on platforms such as eBay , Craigslist , Facebook Marketplace , OfferUp, etc. Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills Comfortable using spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets ) for tracking and updating listing data Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available) Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with ecommerce SEO (titles, tags, keywords) Basic photo editing or image cleanup skills Previous experience in reselling or flipping items online Familiarity with tools like InkFrog, List Perfectly, or cross-listing software Why This Role?
