Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online platforms in both English and Spanish. Assist with product listings, updates, and descriptions on e
- commerce platforms. Track orders, resolve issues, and follow up on customer service requests. Monitor reviews, feedback, and assist with returns or replacements. Collaborate with the e
- commerce and marketing teams to support promotions and new product launches.
Help analyze sales trends and provide insights for improvement. Ensure brand consistency across all digital sales channels.
Requirements:

Fluency in English and Spanish ( written and spoken) is required. Prior experience in e
