Job Description

Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager Solara Laboratories 3705 NW 115th Avenue, Doral, FL 33178 Job Overview We’re looking for a results-driven, strategic E-commerce, Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our digital presence and strengthen our brand positioning. In this hybrid role, you’ll own the online customer experience and drive performance across paid media, SEO, and digital product launches — all while ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint. From building high-converting campaigns to shaping the brand story behind our new product launches, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to grow our community and enhance the full ecommerce funnel. Duties Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and additional platforms — optimizing for ROAS, customer acquisition, and long-term brand awareness. Develop and execute SEO strategy along with agency partners to increase organic traffic and ensure key landing pages reflect both performance and brand messaging. Own and optimize the Shopify storefront — manage site structure, third-party integrations, and ensure all updates are executed in alignment with brand identity. Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, collaborating with Product, R D, and Creative to bring new SKUs to life from ideation through launch — with a sharp focus on storytelling and positioning. Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to produce brand-aligned landing pages, PDPs, and campaign assets that convert and connect with our target audience. Ensure brand consistency across all ecommerce and marketing channels, including email flows, product pages, and digital ads. Lead technical implementation of new tools and customer experience optimizations that enhance both performance and brand perception. Monitor key ecommerce and marketing KPIs; develop reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights and guide growth strategy. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketing, preferably in CPG, wellness, or health-related industries Strong understanding of Shopify and key Shopify apps (e.g., Recharge, Klaviyo, reviews apps, bundling tools, etc.) Proven track record managing paid media and SEO strategies to deliver performance goals Experience launching products across ecommerce and digital platforms — from concept to conversion Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and third-party analytics platforms Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.
