Our client in the retail/wellness space is looking for hire a full time Ecommerce Manager. This person will oversee and manage their store’s performance and growth on the Shopify platform. This role is essential in driving sales through strategic planning, data analysis, and optimizing the customer experience.

MUST BE ANALYTICAL AND BE ABLE TO READ DATA AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days on site required in Miami, FL. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
Coordinate and execute online marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Monitor website performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Stay updated on ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the business competitive. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in ecommerce management, specifically on the Shopify platform.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
