Position Overview The Ecommerce Manager (Shopify) will oversee and manage our online store’s performance and growth on the Shopify platform. This role is essential in driving sales through strategic planning, data analysis, and optimizing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels. Coordinate and execute online marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising. Monitor website performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Stay updated on ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the business competitive. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in ecommerce management, specifically on the Shopify platform. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
