We’re looking for a strategic, detail-driven, and execution-obsessed eCommerce Marketing Manager to own the digital presence and performance of one of our flagship brands. This role is equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven operator—someone who can craft compelling onsite experiences, drive revenue growth, and lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives with precision and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Lead the development and execution of brand go-to-market (GTM) plans in partnership with creative, email, SMS, affiliate, paid media, and product teams. Merchandise category pages to highlight best sellers and move through high-inventory SKUs strategically. Align brand site strategy with seasonal trends and key moments in the business. Site Optimization & Content Strategy Collaborate with content writers and SEO leads to launch new awareness content and optimize product/category pages for search. Partner with the data team to analyze site performance (sessions, CVR, bounce rate, revenue per visit) and apply findings to drive continuous improvement. Launch and iterate on custom landing pages in partnership with paid media to drive acquisition and performance. Customer Acquisition & Retention Own and implement strategies that increase first-time customer conversion and reduce friction on the path to purchase. Expand subscription adoption and grow recurring revenue by optimizing offers, flows, and messaging. Support loyalty and retention by crafting onsite moments that reward, surprise, and deepen customer engagement. Testing, Reporting & Development Partner with the UX/CRO team to launch and interpret site tests and launch winners. Monitor and report weekly on brand performance
KPIs:
traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, new vs. returning customers, and more. Be the voice of the brand on-site—owning messaging, promo copy, storytelling moments, and brand tone. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with influencers, social, and creative to ensure messaging is consistent across all brand touchpoints. Live and breathe your brand—champion it in every room, every meeting, and every metric.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of eCommerce, brand site, or DTC marketing experience Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive GTM execution at a high level Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and digital merchandising Fluent in site analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, etc.) Experience optimizing for both conversion and brand-building Subscription or recurring-revenue model experience a major plus Obsessed with brand growth, storytelling, and performance equally Schedule and Salary Mon-Fri 9am-6pm In office Wynwood, Miami Salary $70K annually Medical, Dental and Vision 401K, PTO and more
