The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring and customizing the ERP system, ensuring a smooth data migration process, and training team members for a successful system adoption. This is a full-time, on-site position , offering a great opportunity to make a direct impact on the efficiency and growth of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on operational requirements (finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, etc.). Lead the migration of existing data into the new ERP system. Provide training and ongoing support to users to ensure successful adoption. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants as needed. Troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary updates or modifications.

Qualifications:

Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Strong understanding of ERP systems and business operations. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in the food distribution industry is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
