Fashion Assistant Shay Kawaii Miami, FL 33130 Shay Kawaii is a rapidly growing festival/streetwear fashion brand looking to expand our creative team.
Schedule :
Must be able to commit to 3 days per week , 8h shift . Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are ideal but we can be flexible if needed. The company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join Team Kawaii as a Fashion Assistant (in our downtown Miami Studio). The Assistant will assist with a wide range of tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in the fashion industry. This position provides a growth opportunity for a creative individual to sharpen their skills. The candidate will be assisting with day-to-day operations with responsibilities including:
- Assisting the head designer with studio management and participating in the creative process
- Comfortable working on a MacBook
- Must know how to reply to customer’s emails
- Knowledge of Shopify ( upload products, create products description, create targeted emails)
- Assisting on photoshoots, and taking product shots of our latest designs
- Packaging and shipping(including post office drop-off)
- Hardware e.g., customizing and adding chains and safety pins on clothes
- Quality control (inspections before shipping)
- Inventory management (fabrics, trims, and hardware)
- Come up with creative posts and be knowledgeable of the latest fashion trends to post on Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok (you will post daily)
- Running errands (including fabric shopping and any supplies needed for the studio)
Qualifications:
- Must have at least a high School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Photoshop experience or other similar editing apps is a must!
- Highly motivated, self-starter, detail oriented with solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently in fast paced environment with minimal oversight How to apply:
