We’re looking for a reliable, focused team member to join our growing e-commerce operation as a Retail E-commerce Order Specialist . This is a light-duty, hands-on role in a fast-paced yet highly meticulous environment . You’ll be working with small components — similar to working with loose diamonds or fine components —where accuracy, consistency, and care are essential. With a wide range of SKUs, packaging styles, and subtle product variations, a keen eye and an organized mindset are key to your success. What You’ll Do Pick and carefully package small components for customer orders Work with a wide variety of SKUs , packaging types, and color variations Assist in the shipping process , including generating shipping labels and organizing orders for dispatch Maintain a clean, well-organized, and efficient packing station Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to meet daily order goals Work efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail or product quality What This Job Is NOT Not a traditional warehouse role — no forklifts, heavy lifting, or bulk freight No industrial equipment or pallet work involved Not physically strenuous — but you’ll be active and on your feet What We’re Looking For Strong math skills — will be tested during the hiring process Confident with computers and digital order systems A keen eye for color, fine detail, and component identification Highly organized , dependable, and able to focus in a fast-moving setting Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a collaborative and drama-free team environment
