Summary We are seeking a dedicated Design Team Assistant to join our team at Havens . This role will be part time with the opportunity to grow into full-time. The primary objective of this role is to assist our designers with answering phones, emails, and managing CRM flow. Responsibilities Answering/making phone calls & taking messages Organizing leads and making online quotes Inbox sorting and replying to emails Chatting with customers through our website Requirements Trustworthy and dependable – on time and accountable. Excellent phone and communication skills, professional phone etiquette. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in email and online. Excellent organizational skills with very strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
