Key Responsibilities Manageand optimize the e-commerce catalog across multiple platformsthrough integrations. Collaborate with creative, merchandising,IT/Dev, and production teams to implement listing strategies andenhance workflows Perform daily audits of account listings with afocus on accuracy, brand compliance, and error resolution.
Troubleshoot platform issues while maintaining technical compliancefor accounts like Amazon and Walmart Seller Central. Monitorcustomer feedback and remove inaccurate feedback to uphold accountcredibility. Report on the performance of sponsored product ads andprovide insights to account managers (ad creation not required).Stay informed of current e-commerce trends and consumer behavior toprovide recommendations for improving the customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business,Marketing, or a related field, OR 2 years of relevant experience ine-commerce. Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart SellerCentral, Shopify, and/or Ebay Thorough understanding of e-commerceproduct listings, organic SEO, paid ads, and product data feeds. Aresourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to findingsolutions independently. An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive tobecome an in-house e-commerce expert.
Bonus:
