We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Retail Analytics Specialist to join our team. What You’ll Do Analyze POS Sales Data:
Identify trends and performance insights for tile products sold on national e-commerce platforms.
Inventory Optimization:
Monitor inventory levels and partner with supply chain teams to support 98 %+ in-stock rates.
Product & Market Analysis:
Evaluate product performance and identify market opportunities through customer behavior insights.
Pricing Strategy:
Recommend pricing adjustments based on competitive analysis and profitability.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Support the National Account Manager and other teams with data-backed insights and presentations.
Reporting & Visualization:
Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs and key metrics.
Data Management:
Maintain and ensure accuracy of datasets across sales, inventory, and pricing. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of data analysis experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with Tableau or Power BI Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication — able to explain complex data simply and effectively Why Join Us?
