Job Description
Responsible for developing, managing, and executing all phases of quality assurance testing. This includes analysis of product requirements to produce test requirements and development and execution of functional and system test plans ensuring an exceptional customer experience on multiple eCommerce platforms. Position supervises IT Professionals including Quality Assurance Manual Testers, E-Commerce Senior Quality Engineers and Software Engineer with authority to hire, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to employees. Manage quality assurance staff to meet organizational quality goals. Hire and train new team members. Perform performance reviews for staff and foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation. Track goals and progress, report to Senior Management and stakeholders. Perform root cause analysis of errors and implement corrective measures and processes. Conduct and participate in test case reviews, requirement reviews, and design reviews. Create and contribute to the creation of test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data for use during the testing phases of the software development lifecycle. Ensure that test plans and scenarios fully exercise every aspect of the e-Commerce platform. Document and report issues discovered during testing. Oversee development of automation frameworks and performance tests. Ensure full test coverage of assigned deliverables. Define standards, methods, and procedures for test automation.
Position requires minimum of a masters degree in computer science and engineering, engineering management, quality assurance, or related field of study and a minimum of three years of experience in the job, as a Quality Control Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering or performing similar duties. Job located in Atlanta, GA, and any unanticipated locations throughout the United States. 40 hours per week; $179,629 to $210,413 per year.
