eCommerce Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking an e-Commerce Marketing Manager to work on-site in their Atlanta, GA office.
Your job is to drive online sales. You’ll manage campaigns across paid and organic channels, optimize the performance of our product pages, and improve conversion rates. You’ll own the eCommerce calendar and work with creative, product, and analytics teams to hit revenue targets.
What You’ll Do
Build and run digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and email
Improve product listings, optimize merchandising, and run A/B tests on site content
Analyze traffic, conversion, and retention metrics — then adjust campaigns accordingly
Manage day-to-day performance across Shopify / Amazon / [Insert platform]
Own the eCommerce campaign calendar and coordinate launches across teams
Collaborate with creative on assets for email, ads, and landing pages
Recommend tools, automations, and optimizations to increase sales
What You Bring
4+ years in eCommerce marketing or digital performance marketing
Proven track record of growing DTC or retail sales through paid media and on-site improvements
Experience managing budgets, ROAS, and performance KPIs
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms
Comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance tools
Bonus:
experience in conversion rate optimization, funnel testing, or affiliate programs
